Update on goals

I think I can hope for the following

Lift:          Current / 6 month / 1 year

Back Squat       315 / 340 / 360
Military Press 145 / 170 / 185
Bench Press    245 / 275 / 315
Deadlift            335 / 395 / 450

Crossfit Total = 795 / 905 / 995

I think I can hit one set of ten chin ups by then.

A pistol.

Run 5k in 30 minutes.
