I’m still fluctuating. Crossfit a bit more frequent. One relatively new person had done twenty WOD (That’s workout of the day) in one month. I was, plainly, envious. My evenings have been packed, my Lunches are consumed by dates of various sorts, and mornings are almost out of the question. That said, I now have a running partner, who now wakes me up twice a week to do 30=45 minute runs. I do the combination of sprint / walk that the modern wisdom suggests.

Amazingly, I returned to Paleo for a week and immediately lost five pounds. I regained it once I started following the baseball playoffs. Back to no TV.

Yesterday’s work out:

We alternate kipping pullups and deadlifts. I used a purple band for the pullups and 135 lbs for the deadlift. The set count was 15-12-9 and 21-15-9. By the time I was finished, I was dead. It felt great.
